Project Dashboard - New Grid Columns
There are 3 new columns that have been added to the project dashboard to provide you with additional information and tracking purposes:
- Primary Owner: Displays the name(s) of the primary owner of the entity for which the project was created.
- Started By: Shows the name of the person who opened/started responding to the project.
- Entity Type: Indicates the type of entity for which the project is created.
If you don't see the columns in your existing project dashboard, click Edit Column on the right side > make your selection(s) appear on the dashboard.
Project Dashboard - Advanced Entity Filtering
Besides the existing ability to filter projects using project attributes, now you can filter projects based on all the entity attributes including entity tags and custom fields.
To streamline project management and filter relevant projects, select the filter icon:
An advanced filtering will pop up, enable Filter by Entity Fields and make your selections by entity type first > choose your preferred entity attribute i.e. tags and custom fields > select '+' to add the filtering attribute or select '-' to remove the filtering attribute > Start Searching
Important: Please note that if you opt for ALL of the select criteria, it will require the projects to meet all filter attributes added. If you would like the projects to meet at least one of the filter attributes added, please make sure you change to ANY of the selected criteria (see below).
Save Views (for all grid dashboards)
With the new changes, all of your applied settings (filters, group by, sorting, etc.) on grids will be maintained when you navigate away and return to the grid.
Multiple views can be saved, allowing you to switch between your saved views easily from a dropdown menu that displays all their saved views for a given grid.
