You can upload documents on the platform and use them later on (only for premium users).
- Navigate to "Diligence" > "Projects" and select your project
- Click on the "Documents" tab
- A pop-up window will appear where you can upload a new document. You can also reuse documents across multiple entities. Try to add a new document and you will see the option to reuse/associate a document that has already been uploaded.
You can upload the following file types with up to 50MB each on the DiligenceVault platform.
- Document (doc, docx, pdf)
- Excel (xls, xlsx)
- Presentation (ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, key)
- Images (png, jpeg, jpg)
Alternatively, if the questionnaire asks for an attachment, you can easily attach it from within your questionnaire.
