To attach a document to the information request:
- Navigate to "Diligence" > "Projects" > "In-progress"
- Select a project row
- Navigate to "Documents" tab with in the project
- Click “Add Document” and the window below will pop up
- You can associate a pre-uploaded document(s) or upload new document(s) to the platform by navigating to "New Upload" or "Use Existing" tab respectively.
You can upload the following file types with up to 50MB each on the DiligenceVault platform.
- Document (doc, docx, pdf)
- Excel (xls, xlsx)
- Presentation (ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, key)
- Images (png, jpeg, jpg)
Alternatively, you can upload documents on the platform at the firm/ product level and use them later on (only for premium users).
