If you have already filled out requests within DiligenceVault platform, you can find, copy and paste data from previous answers.
Q&A Search
- Enable Q&A Search from within your "Firm Settings" > "Preferences" > "Firm Preferences" and enable "Q&A search in the questionnaire"
- Navigate to "Diligence" > "Projects"> "In-progress"
- Select a project row
- Open the "Q&A Search" (a speech bubble icon to the right of the screen)
- You can search with filters and for a specific phrase if you put quotes around it. Once you locate the appropriate response, copy it using the icons and paste it in the answer box in the project you are currently working on. Don't forget to click "Save".

Autofill
If the project is very similar to the project you have filled out in the past, just use Autofill feature.
