Do you have particular information that you like to collect on your responders that is not standard in DiligenceVault? You can use the custom tags and fields options to add this information to your DiligenceVault account. You can also use tags to organize and classify all your information in DiligenceVault in a way that makes sense for you and your users. Custom tags are specific fields/tags that can be added to an entity (firm, strategy, product, vehicle, contact, or project). For example, you could create a customized field/tag to collect the number of employees at the responder firm, record a link for a report, or include the name of a shared client, jurisdiction, vehicle type, and more.
To add a Custom Field or Tag
- Click Firm Settings
- Click Manage Tags
- Click the entity
Once on the entity page, you can add Tags, Custom Fields, or both depending on the entity type. Click the plus sign next to the Tag/Custom Field you wish to add.
