DiligenceVault has some basic CRM functions built in. You can track things like meetings, tasks, or notes directly on the entity profile inside of DiligenceVault.
1. "Manage" > "Product" / "Firm" / "Contact"
2. You can add note(s) with customized note type
3. You can add tasks, workflows, and meetings
4. You can change data filters to find date specific information
5. You can print all of your notes to ease preparation for meetings
