First create a template for an internal profile
1. "Diligence" > "Templates"
2. Click on a "+" sign on top right corner to add a template
3. Select type "Profile" for internal profile
4. Add categories, subcategories, and questions to organize by topics
5. Activate template when ready
Then go to a firm / product and create an internal profile
1. "Manage" > "Firm" / "Product"
2. Select "Add New Profile"
