If you wish to edit your existing report in case you want to add more questions or change the tags or add more templates, simply edit the word document as per your requirement (Changes in design, color, font, table, etc).
For changes in tags,
- Go to Report > Presentation Design and select the design you want to edit.
- Once selected it should appear on the right of your screen and then you can click on the edit pencil icon as shown below.
- Now you can view the tags here, make changes to the word document and upload the save file again.
