Activity focus report for requestors has been designed to bring platform activities, assignments, tasks, and workflows into one view. Administrators can use this dashboard to audit the platform activities.
To view the Activity Report:
- Navigate to "Analyze" >"Advanced Reports".
- In the advanced report, select "Activity Report for Requestors".
For the dashboard, you can filter (use the filter on the left) the dashboard by users, teams, activity, and activity type.
You can also filter the activities by date and create a custom view for your reference.
Activities:
Use this dashboard to analyze any activity bottlenecks, historical activity, team and user productivity, and streamline the teams' workflows.
- This dashboard shows the number of activities performed by the users.
- You can also view the number of activities performed by the teams.
- The activities include updating templates, sending projects, creating entities, creating tasks, adding users, completing, restarting, or approving projects, starting review, etc.
- In the activity volume over time report, you can see the number of activities performed over time. You can right-click and expand up or drill up to view the activities monthly or yearly.
- The diligence activity report shows the different types of activities and the number of activities performed for each type.
This is the list of all the activities performed by the users. You can sort any column by clicking on the column name.
Assignments:
This dashboard shows you the list of all the items assigned to the users. This is one location to determine where you are assigned to review/rate to prioritize your daily / weekly workload.
This is also helpful for a manager/administrator to see each user's workload and reassign as needed.
Tasks:
Tasks help you take a look at the number of tasks assigned to each user or a team. The second chart will also show you the due dates of the tasks and overdue tasks.
Workflows:
This gives you an overview of all your workflows. You can see which workflows are currently active, when they were created, and when they are due.
