The Blaze Live Profile aims to standardize and streamline the response process for common diligence questions. With this article we will explain how you, as a requestor, can use Blaze to streamline your diligence process, reduce duplication, and get real-time updates from managers.
To see an overview of all Blaze profiles or to request a new one, click on Diligence > Blaze Live Profile.
To navigate to the Blaze Live Profile for an individual entity, Click on Open Blaze Live Profile within the entity monitoring page. This will give you access to the structured responses populated by the manager.
After clicking on Open Blaze Live Profile, it will open up the Blaze profile for that respective entity with the below information. These fields are read-only and updated directly by the manager.
- You will see key data points like AUM (in USD and local currency), Net/Gross Performance, and other firm/fund related questions.
- You’ll also see when the data was last published.
- If no data is published by the manager, it shows 'No response available, data pending from the responder'.
- If you see outdated data, you will have an option to click on Request Data Update to send a gentle nudge to the manager.
If you need to share or analyze the Blaze data offline, then you can click on the Export button. The Export option helps you to download all standardized AUM and Track Record responses for the respective entity in a clean, structured format.
The exported data will be downloaded and sent via email, and will also be available in "My Downloads" Section:
You can access the complete history of data changes for thorough due diligence tracking from the Revisions & History section.
The Audit Trail gives you transparency into who published the data and when, ensuring full traceability and regulatory confidence.
