Setting up IP address whitelisting

Firms can use this to ensure users can access DiligenceVault platform when logged in from these approved IP addresses.

1. Click on your name on the top-right corner.
2. Select "Firm Settings".
3. Select "Security" on the left sidebar and click on "IP Whitelisting" in the dropdown.
   
4. Click on "Add IP Whitelisting". A pop-up window will appear where you can add/whitelist one or multiple IP addresses.
   

Note: You can enter a range or a single IP address. For a range, please remember that each number must be between 0 and 255. For example, 138.138.138.0 to 138.138.138.255.
