If you are on a premium subscription, you have a dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) assigned to your account. For any questions related to the platform, including feature guidance, workflow setup, training, or issue resolution, you can reach out to your CSM directly. Your CSM is your primary point of contact for all DiligenceVault-related support needs.
Help Center
The DiligenceVault Help Center contains platform guides, FAQs, and feature documentation. You can search for answers to common questions at faq.diligencevault.com.
In-Platform Support
Use the "Write to us" form inside the platform to submit requests for training, template help, or digitization support. This is the recommended channel for non-urgent platform questions.
