DiligenceVault supports a wide range of calculated cells and validations and rounding options for grid-type questions. Adding in these calculated cells saves time and ensures the accuracy of the data being collected.
To start using grid validations:
- Navigate to "Diligence" > "Templates"
- Select a template and then click Edit
- In the Edit page, you can add a new table type question by clicking the ‘+’ sign or locate your existing table type question in your current template

Click on the ‘fx’ icon next to the relevant question
- Click on the links in the help text for formulas supported on the platform and access the FAQs to better understand how the functionality works
List of Errors
A handful of errors can appear in a cell when a formula is applied and cannot be resolved. Please find the list of most common errors below:
