Use Case:
If you are creating a risk assessment/review on your managers and would like to include your firm's opinion or commentary in addition to the manager's responses, then you can create a review / opinion template and start an Analyst Evaluation project to accomplish this.
Prerequisites:
- You have sent out a project to the manager to fill out.
- The manager has responded.
- You have created a review / opinion template.
- If needed, see the article on how to create or modify a template. The process is exactly the same as with any template.
Once the Analyst Evaluation project has been started, you can use Auto-Fill to pull all the manager's responses into the mapped fields. From there, you can add your own opinion and commentary. You can also assign an overall rating as well as ratings for each each section/question.
