What does assign internal contacts mean?
assigning internal contacts lets you link one or more users to an entity (such as a strategy, product, vehicle, or requesting firm) so they are visible as responsible contacts and can receive notifications and updates related to that entity.
Assign internal contacts in bulk
use this method when you need to assign contacts to multiple entities at once.
Steps
navigate to “Manage”

select one of the following:
strategies
products
vehicles
requesting firms
select the checkbox next to the entities you want to update
click “Assign internal contacts”
select one or more users
click “Save”
✅ this will assign the selected contacts to all chosen entities at once.

Assign internal contacts to a single entity
use this method when assigning contacts individually.
Steps
navigate to “Manage”
select the relevant entity type (strategy, product, vehicle, or requesting firm)
open the specific entity
locate the associated contact(s) section
click “Assign internal contact”
select the user(s) you want to assign
click “Save”
the selected users will now be associated with that entity.
Tip: We suggest selecting the option to "Mark selected users as primary contact" so that these users will be notified of any activities related to these entities.
