You can now easily upload AUM & Track Record data from an Excel spreadsheet with the “Upload AUM Data” button. You will find this feature at the question level, at the entity level as well as from the Excel Sync tab.
- From Excel Sync:
- Go to "Excel sync" > "Manage AUM/TR".
- Start by downloading the sample file by clicking on "Upload AUM & Track Record data".
The downloaded sample file includes instructions that will help you fill in the data. Fill the corresponding sheets in the file and save it.
Pro tip: Make sure to select the period (monthly/quarterly/both) before you download the sample file. - If you would like to upload more than 1 table at once, each column (in the Monthly or Quarterly sheet) represents one table and you can insert as many columns as you would like to upload new tables.
- To upload the file, select the appropriate entities (Inception date, entity type, entity name, table type, period) and click on "Upload AUM & Track Record data" to upload your file.
- You will get results after you have uploaded the file onto the platform via an email notification.
To update the existing AUM/TR data, select the corresponding entities and click on download. You can add new data to the downloaded file and repeat step 4 to upload the file again.
- Add AUM/TR at the resource level or question level:
You also have the ability to upload the AUM and track record data at the resource (product/firm) level as well as directly uploading it while answering the questionnaire/project.
From "Manage" > "Products", open the corresponding product and switch to AUM/Track Record tab, download the sample file, update it and upload the data.
To upload the AUM /TR data at a question level, follow the same step, download sample file, update the data and upload it.

You can also use this feature to update the existing AUM & Track Record data on the platform.
- From Excel sync go to Manage AUM/TR.
- Select the corresponding options (Inception date, entity type, entity name, table type, period) and click on download.
- Once you get the downloaded file, update the file, save it and from the same page click on upload, and upload the file. Make sure you are selecting the right entity while uploading the file. You will receive an email with the result.
