DiligenceVault has some basic CRM functions built in. You can track things like meetings, tasks, or notes directly on the entity profile inside of DiligenceVault.
1. Navigate to the appropriate entity type dashboard by clicking on "Manage" > "Product" / "Firm" / "Contact". Then select the entity you would like to update.
2. At the Entity Profile page, you can see the Profile Summary as well as the Quick View (containing any custom fields that have been set up). You can also use the Create New button to add a new internal DDQ, Note, Meeting, Task, Workflow, etc.
3. You can also add Notes, Tasks, Workflows, and Meetings by clicking on the appropriate header in the middle of the screen. Then click on the "Plus" icon on the right.
Note : You can log your previous meetings without any date restrictions, ensuring that all past interactions are easily accessible whenever needed.
4. You can also print the Notes or Quick View layouts to ease preparation for meetings.
