There are two ways to follow up with the responder, one on a question level and one on a project level:
Project level follow-up
- You can follow up / ask a question on a full questionnaire level by navigating to "Summary" tab.
- Type in the question in the text box and click "Follow-up with Responder".
Question level follow-up:
Once the responder has submitted the project, you can send a message to the responder about a particular question
- Navigate to the "Diligence" > "Projects" > "In-Progress" tab.
- Select a project row.
- In the "Questionnaire" tab, navigate to the "Follow-up" icon on the right of the question. This follow up will be on a question level.
Please note that the status "Follow-up" has now been removed, and the projects will no longer be in the follow-up status. We have introduced "Follow-up" as a sub status to help you easily identify projects with followups.
- When you click on followup, you have 2 options:
- Chat with the responder : You can use the followup to discuss/clarify questions with the responder without them making edits to the response.
-
Allow edits: Click "Allow Response Revisions" to allow the responder to edit the response.
After sending a follow up on a Q/A with 'Allow Response Revisions' enabled, only that specific Q/A will enter follow-up mode. You'll see the following message until the responder submits revised responses. Meanwhile, you can continue reviewing, flagging, and scoring other responses.
Explaining the follow-up icon:
- The Follow-up icon has been changed to
- The Blue Follow-up icon indicates that your firm has sent follow-up messages and are awaiting reply. The number is the count of unresolved messages in the follow-up thread.
- An orange dot over a follow-up icon means there are un-replied follow-up messages in the thread
- A green check mark over a follow-up icon means all follow-up conversations on the question are resolved
Project filters:
