This article explains why a project might not be appearing on your dashboard and provides step-by-step instructions to help you subscribe to the project and access it.
If a project is not appearing on your My Work dashboard or My Projects tab, it may be because you’re not subscribed to the project yet. You can navigate to Diligence > Projects > All and search for the project using the entity name or template name. Once found, you can add yourself as a subscriber.
Steps to Subscribe to the Project
- Access the Project: Go to Diligence > Projects > All and search for the project using the entity name or template name.

Click on the Project: Once the project page loads, click on the "Subscribe Now" button to add the project to your "My Projects" section.
- View the Project: After subscribing, the project will appear in your "My Work" dashboard under the "My Projects" section, and you will begin receiving notifications and updates related to the project.
