The Download Center allows users to download platform content, and provides a complete download audit history for the administrators of each respective firm.
There are two aspects to the Download Center:

My Downloads:
Active Tab: The documents that require some processing time from the backend will be listed in the active tab of my downloads. These documents will be available to download for 15 days from the date the download was first initiated.
For example, Word and Excel export for projects.
Expired Tab: The expired documents as well as a list of direct downloads. For example: Excel download, Bulk download AUM/TR or any documents. -
Download Audit:
The Download Audit feature for Firm Administrators enables them to meticulously track and maintain an audit trail of files that have been exported from the platform at the user level within their respective firm. This functionality ensures administrators have comprehensive insights into the download activities, enhancing transparency and accountability in managing the exported content. - To locate the download audit, select the Firm Settings > Download Audit.
- Users can then filter the download audit based on All, Active, or Expired.
Additionally, firm administrators can now choose, between downloading content or downloading and emailing it, which can be done from Firm settings>Preferences>Export preferences.
The default preference is set to Download & Email.
