- All: It consists of downloads that are active as well as expired.
- Active: The active tab consists of records that are still available for download and remain accessible for download until 15 days from the date those records are requested.
- Expired: The Expired tab consists of records that are no longer available for download and the ones that can be downloaded directly from the platform.
