Premium subscribers on the DiligenceVault platform can assign primary contacts to firms or products in bulk through the Bulk Upload functionality.
From the main menu, go to Firm Settings.
Select Bulk Upload.
Open the Users and Entities tab.
Download the existing data spreadsheet.
Update the spreadsheet by adding the primary contact details for the firms or products you want to assign.
For the row you have added Primary contacts, also update the Column B to "Update". This will ensure only the select rows are considered for updation.
Once the updates are complete, upload the spreadsheet back into DiligenceVault.
Note: Bulk assignment of primary contacts is supported only for premium users.
