#When you log in, the My Work home page shows only the projects you are subscribed to. Projects your colleagues are working on, or older projects you are not subscribed to, will not appear there. The All tab on the Projects page brings every project associated with your firm into one list, so you can locate any project and open it yourself.
Use the All tab when you need to:
- Locate a project that a colleague is working on
- Find an older project that falls outside the current date range
- Open a project's details, questionnaires, and associated responses from a single firm-wide list
Steps to Find All Projects
Open the Projects page
- Log in to DiligenceVault.
- In the left navigation panel, click Diligence > Projects
Diligence menu with Projects selected
Switch to the All tab
- At the top of the Projects page, click the All tab. The same row also holds the My Projects, In-progress, Closed, and Sent tabs.
- The list updates to show all projects associated with your firm, with columns such as Client Name, Entity Name, Project Name, To Firm, Template, Sent Date, and Sent By.

Remove the date range and other filters
Even on the All tab, the list is limited by any active filters. The most common one is the date range at the top right, for example 28 Apr 2026 - 28 Oct 2026. A project dated outside that range will not appear until the filter is removed.
- Click the calendar icon at the right end of the date range field.
- In the calendar panel, click Clear Filter. The field then reads Date Range Filter, which means no date limit is applied.
- To widen the range instead of removing it, pick a quick filter: Last 1 month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, or Last 1 year.
- Remove any other filters applied through the filter (funnel) icon next to the date range field, and clear any text left in the column search boxes.

Find and open the project
- Type into a column search box to narrow the list. For example, enter a client's name in Search Firm under Client Name, a fund name in Search Entity, a project name in Search Project, or a template name in Search Template. Search Sender works the same way, and you can search more than one column at a time.
- While a search is active, a filter icon appears next to that column header, and an x appears in the search box so you can clear it.
- Click the blue link in the Client Name column for the project you need.
- The project opens, showing its details, questionnaires, and associated responses.
