Using the Autofill dropdown, it is possible to select the specific categories and subcategories to which Autofill should be applied or to apply Autofill across the entire project.
To apply the setting:
- Select the Auto-Fill button at the top of the project and then select the Responses option from the dropdown
- Select the appropriate Entity and Match settings
- Then select All Categories & Sub-Categories or Select Categories & Sub-Categories based on preference
- If you choose Select Categories and Sub-Categories from the dropdown menu, use the checkboxes to the left of each category and sub-category to select which categories you would like to apply the auto-fill responses to
- Hit the Auto-Fill button
