Assign SME(s)

DiligenceVault allows you to assign individual questions or sections of a questionnaire to a coworker or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for review or completion.

Steps to assign an SME

1. Go to Diligence > Projects > In Progress.

2. Select the project where you would like to assign an SME.

3. Open the Questionnaires tab.

4. Click the Assign SME(s) icon next to the relevant question.

5. Choose the appropriate User Role or specific user in the pop-up window.

6. Click Assign SME to complete the action.

This feature helps route specific questions to the appropriate internal team members so they can review or respond based on their expertise.
