Users added as subscribers to a project will receive email notifications related to that project/questionnaire based on their personal email notification preferences. To update your email notification settings, navigate to Managing your Email Notifications – DiligenceVault User Manual.
If a user unsubscribes from a project, they will no longer receive any email notifications associated with that project/questionnaire.
To unsubscribe a user from a project:
- Navigate to "Diligence" > "Projects" > "In-progress" tab
- Select a project row
- Go to the "Summary" tab

Scroll down until you see Subscribers and click on the 'x' next to the user that you want to remove
