What is included in the free trial?
The free trial gives your firm access to AI-Powered Autofill and the AI Writing Assistant, along with 50 free AI credits that are used for AI-Powered Autofill to generate draft responses.
Once the free AI credits are exhausted, the AI Writing Assistant will remain active for 14 days, allowing you to continue refining and improving your autofilled text responses using AI.

Using AI Document Autofill
How does AI Document Autofill work?
AI Document Autofil processes your uploaded materials and automatically generates responses:
-
Ingest documents: The system ingests the uploaded files and understands their structure and content.
-
Find and generate responses: The AI searches across the documents to find the most relevant information for each question and then generates draft responses.
- Self-evaluate for review: The AI then evaluates each response and provides source attribution, reasoning, and a confidence score indicating how well each response aligns with the question and supporting content.
Is AI Autofill safe to try on a live questionnaire?
Yes. AI Autofill never overwrites existing responses and does not finalize answers automatically. It only creates drafts that you control.
You can also delete AI-generated responses in bulk if you want to revert changes. However, once an AI-generated response is manually edited, it can no longer be deleted in bulk and must be removed individually.
What’s the best way to try AI Autofill for the first time?
Start with one category or subcategory and a small set of documents. Review and edit the drafts before expanding to more sections.
Can I restrict AI Autofill to specific sections?
Yes. You can use Category and Subcategory filters to limit Autofill to specific sections of the questionnaire.
Are nested questions auto-filled?
Yes. Nested questions are auto-filled when relevant information is available in the selected documents.
Can I use AI Autofill for one specific question with a certain document?
Not directly. AI Autofill cannot be run for a single question.
Workaround:
- Make sure the target question is blank/unanswered.
- Run Document Autofill for only the specific subcategory that contains the question, using the desired document(s).
Autofill generates responses for all unanswered questions in the selected subcategory. By leaving only the target question unanswered, you can effectively use Autofill for that specific question.
AI Credits
What are AI Credits and how are they used?
AI Credits are used only when AI generates a new response for an unanswered question.
1 credit = 1 response filled
When are AI Credits NOT used?
Credits are not used when you:
- View AI-generated responses
- Edit or refine drafts
- View source attribution, confidence scoring, or AI reasoning
How do I see how many AI credits I have left?
Your remaining credit balance appears in the Autofill modal and updates automatically.
What happens when my AI credits run out?
You can continue viewing and editing existing responses. However, you will not be able to run AI Autofill again until more credits are added.
If you are still within the free trial, the AI Writing Assistant remains available for 14 days after credits are exhausted.
Do free trial credits expire?
No. The 50 free trial credits do not expire and can be used until exhausted.
How many AI credits should I purchase?
There is no minimum purchase requirement. The number of credits you should purchase depends on your firm’s usage needs. Our team can help recommend an appropriate amount based on your expected volume and workflows.
Do purchased AI credits expire?
Yes. Purchased AI credits expire at the end of your Annual Credit Allowance period, which lasts 12 months from your first credit purchase.
Any additional credits you purchase during an active Annual Credit Allowance period will expire on the same date as your existing credits.
If your credit balance reaches zero before you purchase more credits, a new 12-month Annual Credit Allowance period starts with that purchase.
Where can I learn more about AI credits?
For full details, please refer to our AI Credit Purchase and Usage Policy.
Documents & Limits
What happens if my documents exceed the size limit?
If the document(s) you attempt to autofill exceeds the maximum page limit, the platform will display a “Document Page Limit Exceeded” message.
Please note that supported limits are approximately:
- 200 total pages for PDF files
- 300 total pages for plain text or Word files
To proceed, we recommend the following options:
-
Reduce the document size:
Consider splitting the document(s) into smaller parts. -
Upload and run fewer documents or limit the scope:
Upload or select a smaller number of documents, or run Autofill on specific categories or subcategories first, then complete the remaining sections later.
Reviewing & Transparency
Does AI Autofill mark questions as N/A if it doesn’t find a response?
No. AI Autofill does not mark questions as N/A.
A question may still be applicable even if the information is not present in the selected documents. You should manually mark a question as N/A only if it is truly not applicable.
Does AI Autofill provide source attribution?
Yes. AI Autofill provides source attribution for every generated response. It shows the source document name as a downloadable link along with the page numbers from which the information was retrieved. This allows you to easily verify and review the original source content.
What is AI reasoning?
AI reasoning is a written explanation provided for each generated response that evaluates whether the information is complete, relevant, and accurate based on the source content, and identifies any potential conflicts among sources.
What is confidence scoring?
Confidence scoring indicates how strongly the AI believes the generated response is supported by the selected source documents. A High confidence score means the information is well supported by the sources, while a Limited confidence score indicates that the response may be incomplete or based on less direct evidence and should be reviewed carefully.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. Your data is not used to train machine-learning or language models. Privacy and security are critical.
