When opening a project for the first time, a popup will appear which outlines the project status, as-of date, number of questions broken down by question type, as well as a project description. To exit the popup, simply click the "Don't show again" button.
If the pop-up is closed and needs to be revisited, it can be accessed by clicking on More (...) > Project Information option.
