If you are a responder and are unable to complete the project within the specified due date, you can request an extension through the DiligenceVault platform using the Request Extension functionality. After submitting your request, the requestor/investor will review the extension request and take appropriate action.
To request an extension:
- Navigate to Diligence > Projects > In-progress.
- Select the relevant project.
- Open the Summary tab.
- Click Request Extension in the top-right corner.
- Submit your extension request for review.
For any questions regarding the approval status or revised due date, please contact the requestor/investor directly using the Follow up with Requestor functionality on the Summary tab of the project.
