You have received an email that one of your team members is requesting to join your firm’s account on DiligenceVault. If you have Admin rights, you will be able to approve your team member(s).
- Click on your initial on the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
- Navigate to “Users & Teams,” then go to the "Pending Approval" tab.
- Find the name of the user that you would like to approve
Click on the tick mark icon to approve a user
