Plugin for Chrome, Microsoft Outlook, and Office for Responders

DiligenceVault offers users the ability to sync and manage Q/A center directly within Chrome, Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), without the need to switch between applications. We have also introduced Document download as a feature in the Document search section. Users can search content within documents and also download documents directly from the add-in or the plugin.

 

 

The DiligenceVault plugins enable Responders to swiftly retrieve Q&A library content and previously answered diligence questions. This feature helps them refer back to historical responses, ensuring consistency and leveraging past experiences when addressing similar queries from the Project Responses.

• Once the plugin is installed, you can search the Q&A center for Project Responses, Q&A Center Library content, or documents. 
• You can also use the Search with Filters to narrow down the search results. 
• You can then use the buttons to the left of each response to either copy the contents, edit the contents, or expand to view the entire response. 

Premium responders can use the plugin to directly insert answers into DiligenceVault’s Q&A Center. This streamlines the process of responding to requester queries and saves time by eliminating the need to switch back and forth between applications.

 

 

DiligenceVault offers the ability to download documents in the document search section. This empowers users to retrieve documents based on the content inside the documents, view metadata related to the documents and also be able to download documents directly from the plugin and the add-in.

Users will then be able to attach documents housed in DV to respond to email based information requests or upload them to their CRM or other applications which they use. They would no longer have to switch between applications.
