Approve a Team Member / User

You have received an email that one of your team members is requesting to join your firm’s account on DiligenceVault. If you have Admin rights, you will be able to approve your team member(s).  

  1. Navigate to “Users & Teams” > "Pending Approval" by clicking on your name on the top-right corner
  2. Find the name of the user that you would like to approve
  3. Click on the tick mark icon to approve a user
