To set up a new disclosure / disclaimer:

Navigate to "Firm Settings" by clicking your initials on the bottom left hand side corner
Please Note: If you do not see Firm Settings, notify your admins so they can adjust your access. - Click on "Disclaimers" on the left side bar
- Click on the "+" sign on the top-right to add a new disclaimer
To add a disclosure / disclaimer in a project:
- Navigate to "Diligence" > "Projects" > "In-progress" tab
- Select a project row
- In the "Questionnaire" tab, click on “More Actions” and select Add Disclaimer
The requestor will be able to view this disclaimer when you submit the responses. Premium users can include this disclaimer when you export to Word.
