If you have previously filled out a similar request on the platform, you can save time and effort by using the Auto-fill tool. This allows you to automatically retrieve answers from your previous questionnaire and append them to your new project or request.
- Navigate to "Diligence" > "Projects" > "In-progress"
- Select the relevant project from the list of projects
- Open the project and click on the "Questionnaire" tab, and click on "Auto-fill"
- The pop-up will allow you to choose between auto-populating responses from your Most Recent submission or From a Diligence Project.
- Use the Content Settings to select if you would like to include project history responses, only responses to the particular investor, or only responses related to the entity associated with the project.
- You can then use the "Auto-fill" dropdown to select the specific Categories and Sub-Categories that you would like to apply the auto-fill responses to, or simply select "All Categories & Sub-Categories" to apply the auto-fill across the entire project.
