If there are responses in your Q/A Library that are no longer accurate or are out of date, you may choose to Archive those responses, instead of updating them.
Click on Content > Q/A Center to open up your Library. Use the Search box or the Filter tool to help find the relevant Question or Response.
Once you've located the relevant Question and Response, click on the Archive icon on the right to archive this response. You can also use the checkboxes on the left and the Archive icon in the top left to bulk Archive multiple responses.
A window will pop up asking for the reason for archiving. This step is not mandatory, but any information input here may be useful for your firm in the long run.
Click on the Archived section of the Q/A Library to see all of your archived responses. From this section, you can still copy responses, add internal notes, view the original project, and see similar questions. All of these actions can be found on the right side of each question. You can also Unarchive the response to return it to the Library. Use the checkboxes on the left and the Unarchive icon in the top left to bulk Unarchive multiple responses, if needed.
