A. About Expiry Dates
Expiry Dates are set to indicate when a response needs to be reviewed or updated. This is particularly useful for content related to time-sensitive information, such as month-end or quarter-end data.
B. How to Add Expiry Dates

Assign an Expiry Date to an Individual Response:
- Go to the Q/A Library and click the Edit Icon next to the response you want to update.
- Click Show Additional Options to expand the settings.
- In the Expiry Date section, select the expiry date from the calendar.
- Click Update to save your changes.
- Go to the Q/A Library and click the Edit Icon next to the response you want to update.

Bulk Assign Expiry Dates:
- Select multiple responses using the checkboxes on the left.
- Click on the calendar icon for Manage Expiry Dates in the upper left.
- Choose the expiry date for the selected responses.
- Click Update to apply the changes.
- Select multiple responses using the checkboxes on the left.
C. Use the Expiry Date Filter
Once you’ve set expiry dates, you can filter responses based on their expiry status:
Expired: View responses that have already passed their expiry date.
Expiring Soon: Filter responses that are expiring in the next 5, 10, or 30 days.
This filter helps you stay organized and ensures that no time-sensitive content is missed.
