Tags are essential for categorizing and organizing content in your Q/A Center, allowing for easier navigation, searchability, and management of responses. By tagging your content correctly, you can ensure that it’s easy to track, update, and categorize.
A. About Tags
Tags are question categories that can be assigned to individual responses in the Q/A Center. They help categorize the content based on topics, keywords, or specific attributes. Tags can also be used to group related responses, making them easier to find and manage.
B. How to Add Tags

Create Question Categories:
- Go to Firm Settings.
- Click on Tags and Custom Fields > Universal.
- In the Question Category section, click the Plus Icon to add your new tags.
- You can add multiple tags at once by separating them with commas or selecting multiple options in the dropdown
- Go to Firm Settings.

Assign Tags to Individual Responses:
- Go to the Q/A Library.
- Click the Edit Icon next to the response you want to update.
- Click Show Additional Options to expand the settings.
- Under Tags, use the dropdown to select the tags for your response.
- Click Update to save your changes.
- Go to the Q/A Library.

Bulk Assign Tags:
Use the checkboxes on the left to select multiple responses.
Click Manage Tags in the upper left.
In the pop-up window, click Add to assign tags to selected responses.
Use the dropdown at the bottom to assign tags to all records and click Update to save.
C. Use the Filter to search by Tags
Once you’ve added the Tags, you can filter responses based on that:
Click on the Apply Filter icon at the top right
Along with other filters, click on the plus icon to add an additional criteria
Then select Tags from the dropdown and choose the appropriate name
Click on start searching to get the results.
D. Use Of Tags
Tags help you:
- Quickly organize and locate related content.
- Track content by topic, keyword, or status.
- Improve the searchability and categorization of your Q/A Center content.
By using tags effectively, you can significantly improve the organization and accessibility of your content.
